Dr. Parrott

Dr. Kelcey Bell Parrott grew up in Abilene, Texas. She attended Texas Tech University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dental school was not the end of her education, though. Since receiving her doctorate in 2011, Dr. Kelcey has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education on infant and child frenectomies. She has also taken several cross-discipline courses in lactation consulting and myofunctional therapy.

As a dentist, Dr. Kelcey loves working with kids of all ages, appreciating their honesty and how their questions keep her on her toes. She also loves working with parents to help raise kids that love visiting the dentist and know how to take great care of their teeth.

Dr. Kelcey has resided in Midland since 2018. She and her husband, who is also a dentist working for an adult dental office in town, have three crazy dogs: Jovi, Arya, and Echo. They also have a beautiful cat, Timmy, who keeps them on their toes, and a turtle named Lady Sir Scratchewan. Outside of work, Dr. Kelcey loves hiking, cooking, gardening, photography, and is an avid reader of anything under the sun. She and her husband also enjoy being part of several nonprofits supporting animals and the West Texas Food Bank.
